PMG Conference 2019

PMG's annual conference provides education, an industry exhibition and networking events for professionals working in the field of posture and wheeled mobility. Our main target audiences are occupational therapists, physiotherapists, rehabilitation engineers and clinical scientists working within the NHS wheelchair services; we also attract delegates from other NHS departments, the charitable sector, private sector, local authorities, and those working independently for wheelchair users within the field of posture and mobility. It is, therefore, a great opportunity for wheelchair, special seating, pressure cushion and assistive technology manufacturers/distributors to promote and demonstrate their products to an experienced group of professionals.

Wednesday 17th July 2019: 08:00 - 15:00

Exhibition load-in

Space only construction: Monday 15th July 2019, 09:00 - 14:00
Stand set-up: Monday 15th July 2019, 14:00 - 22:00

Stand prices

£190 + VAT per sqm
Price includes shell scheme, carpet, lighting and power (approx. 2 x spotlights and 1 x 500w power socket per 6sqm)

Additional costs

• ALL exhibitors are required to purchase exhibitor passes or a package if attending the event on Tuesday 16th and/or Wednesday 17th July 2019. More information is available here
• Exhibitors can request a space only stand (no shell scheme) at the time of booking for no extra charge, but they MUST ensure there is a structure built between themselves and any neighbouring stands.
